In the Ossola Valley, municipality of Crodo (VB), near the Swiss border; at an altitude of 1,150 metres. Alpe Longio is accessed via a consortium road.
The two huts are separate but close to each other.
The main building has two floors: on the ground floor there is a stable with a small storage room, and on the first floor there is a barn with a loft covering approximately 50% of the floor space.
The other building is an old dairy, on a single floor.
The land belonging to the main building is a 1960 m² meadow; the remaining land is a separate 1660 m² meadow.
Both properties are currently registered as dilapidated units.
